Cardboard

Our cardboard bottle packaging is manufactured in the UK and contains at least 70% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. It’s the perfect choice for the eco-conscious wine and drinks retailer.

Singled Walled

A lightweight and cost-effective option, capable of many everyday in-store tasks. From repacking mixed cases or ‘case of the month’ to carrying wine to your customer’s car or placing wine bottles in storage.

Double Walled

Manufactured from two layers of rigid corrugated fluting, this ‘sandwich’ looking construction gives your shipping box double the protection and a strong rigidity that helps retain its shape in transit.

Quadrupled Walled

Our 6 and 12 bottle mail safe range of wine bottle packaging incorporates strong quadruple wall protection with double-wall dividers and starburst fittings to support the neck of your bottles. Tough enough to secure, soft enough to biodegrade.

Pulp

Combining water with offcuts of surplus cardboard and newspaper, the pulp is 100% compostable, recyclable and biodegrades in just 6 months. Super strength that’s light as a feather.

Lightweight

Made entirely from paper, the strength of pulp provides full protection while its lightweight makes it perfect for international airfreight

Biodegradable

Pulpsafe bottle packaging can be disposed of in any household paper recycling bin and will biodegrade within 6 months, leaving nothing behind.

100% Recycled

For the highest level of protection and the greenest possible eco-credentials, Pulpsafe is the only way to mail your drinks.

Polystyrene

Although it’s bulky to store, polystyrene is ultra-light and offers near 100% protection for bottles in transit, making it the number one choice for rare and fine wine transportation and airfreight.

Lightweight

One of the lightest packaging materials on the market, polystyrene lowers fuel consumption during transport reducing overall environmental impact.

No CFC's

Not all plastics are the same. Our polystyrene contains no CFC’s and that means no toxic gases are used or produced in its manufacture.

Insulation

Polystyrene contains millions of air pockets trapped within the foam making it a great thermal insulator that protects wines from fluctuations in temperatures.

Air Bags

As strong as polystyrene without the bulk, airbags can be reused time and again. When finished, dispose of it in a recycle bin for an option that’s 100% recyclable.

Maximum Protection

Made from high-performance film offering high air retention to give you the highest levels of protection.

Space Saving

Save on storage space with deflated cushion and transit outer delivered flat-packed.

Featherweight

Reduce shipping costs with an option that’s light as air and offers superb shock absorbency.
