Polysafe 12 bottle pallet cardboard packaging is sold on a Pallet of 24 units. This transit pack comprises of 2 separate moulded polystyrene boxes, exclusively designed to fit around 6 bottles and a postal cardboard wine box to hold it all together. These polysafe cardboard wine boxes are courier approved and the maximum bottle size they fit is 90 x 316mm.
Our Polysafe range is made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) which is lightweight, water-resistant, hygienic and offers easy, quick and safe handling. Its outstanding shock absorbency and compression resistance means that it provides excellent protection, whilst the thermal insulating properties of EPS are perfect for wines. It does not use chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or other "greenhouse" gases which are believed to damage the oz1 layer, and can be cost-effectively recycled.
Please note: These special rates only apply to deliveries on the mainland UK excluding highlands of Scotland and all offshore islands. Northern and Southern Ireland are excluded as are the channel Islands. We would love to be able to offer these prices to all our customers but shipping rates make this impossible.

If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
