If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in it's original packaging and ready for resale.

These polystyrene postal kits include a double walled outer cardboard box marked with clear 'fragile' labelling, a polystyrene insert to house your bottle safely, and 5 foam inserts.
The foam inserts allow you to hold a variety of large format bottles snugly by inserting the bottle into the polystyrene then adding the inserts until the bottle feels secure.
We recommend additional padding for the neck of your bottles within the wine shipping boxes due to the shape of the bottles.
