Making our grand debut at the Retail Design Expo 2016 hosted at London Olympia, team WBC unveiled the pioneering BRIX Modular Display System©, which became a finalist in the Retail Design Expo Innovation Trail & Awards!

Retail Design Expo, Europe’s leading annual event for innovation and inspiration in retail design, marketing, visual merchandising and shop fitting, provided the perfect platform for us to present our expanding range of merchandising solutions. Thrilled with the number of visitors, we met with many big names in retail across fashion & beauty, interior design, food & drink, hospitality and education sectors. It was definitely BRIX and the recently launched Store Signage & Ticketing collection that stole the show! The enthusiasm and interest in all that WBC had to offer could not have been better. Even our renowned Bags For Life range became a big attraction!

“After a busy and successful few days at the Retail Design Expo I returned to HQ feeling excited about the contacts made over the course of the show. This being our first time exhibiting, we really didn’t know what to expect, who would be attending, and whether we’d stand out amongst the myriad of other businesses offering their products and services. But it’s still early days, and the only definitive way to say for sure whether a trade show has been successful is to secure orders. Having said that, the feedback from those who visited us was very positive, and it seemed that we offered something of a “breath of fresh air” for those drowning in a sea of, lighting & signage companies.”

Receiving our finalist’s certificate for the Innovation Trail & Awards was also a crowd pleaser! The scheme highlighted 18 innovations on display at the show, encouraging visitors to seek out the ideas and products that could drive future changes to the industry and their business. Innovation is crucial to the success of modern multichannel retailing, and we were delighted that BRIX was recognised for this.
