Could you do with some Christmas hamper inspiration? Once again we’ve appealed to the Queen of all things merchandise, Arona Khan to lend us some top tip thoughts and a complete breakdown on how she puts together this Very Berry Christmas hamper.
“One way to ensure that you have a Merry Christmas is to be well organised. Ensure your hampers are ‘ready to go’. This will save you and your customers a lot of time and keep stress levels down. Make up hampers at different price points and have them on display. Some customers may want to select their own items but the majority are likely to appreciate that you’ve done the job for them. Create a point of difference by offering themed hampers with a twist.
With berry being one of the hot colour trends this season, what better theme for a delectable hamper? It could include an assortment of sauces, a selection of jams or a mixture of delicious food and drink either sweet or savoury, or even a mixture of both. Perhaps introduce your customers to new flavours of popular products? Whatever you decide, you will be spoilt for choice when making your selection. If using existing stock, take the opportunity to spring clean your shelves of ends of lines. The big benefit is that you can sell the items at full price!”

Arona recently put together a knitting hamper for us and we still have a few beautiful rattan baskets on half price sale. They make a gorgeous Christmas hamper present – snap them up before they’re gone for good .
