Minimum Order
We have a minimum order value of £50 ex VAT and Delivery.
Discounts
Discounts apply to all products except CrinkleCut, Veryfine, PreciousMetal shredded paper, Riedel, Screwpull, Props and the following wicker products; WC4, WFH4 and GWT2. Printing costs, delivery and VAT do not count towards discounts.
all orders £250 - £499 ex VAT: 2% discount
all orders £500 - £999 ex VAT : 3% discount
all orders £1000 - £1999 ex VAT: 5% discount
all orders over £2000 ex VAT: 7.5% discount
UK Mainland Delivery (excl. Highlands / Islands)
- Free delivery on all orders over £125 ex VAT
- For all orders under £125 please add £9.95 + VAT
We aim for next day delivery, however please allow 1-3 working days during busy periods.
The following postcodes are NOT considered UK Mainland by our couriers:
IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, TR21-25, ZE and Isle of Wight

Courier Deliveries
All parcel deliveries are made by our courier DHL. Deliveries are made between 8:30am - 6:00pm. It is essential that your order is consigned to a 'manned' address, where our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. The courier cannot deliver to a neighbour or an alternative delivery address. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address and has to return at a later date, a supplementary charge may have to be made. We are unable to give ETAs on deliveries until after 3pm on the expected delivery date.

Collections can be collected from our London Warehouse Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00

Goods are generally available for collection on the day you place the order. If an item is not available from our London warehouse a member of our sales team will contact you to advise you when the item is due back in stock.
Please note that orders are only packed once you arrive.
International Deliveries
We do not generally deliver goods outside of the United Kingdom but if international customers were interested they have the option of organising a collection from us via their own courier, otherwise delivery time and cost would be dependent on our courier charges.
