We are currently preparing the next tranche of our land in Bordeaux for planting.
To date we have already planted 10,000 trees. We are working on approximately 33 acres of land which will take a further 19,000 trees. This land is now ready for planting, but we have had to hold off on actually planting the trees until the weather improves – it is currently too cold in Bordeaux to plant trees.
By the end of March, we should have circa 29,000 trees in the soil. Over time these trees will absorb significant quantities of CO2, helping to offset our carbon footprint.
