All our standard gift cartons come with tapered tops and cut out hand holes for ease of use. The gift box comes with a thin removable bottle divider that can be used in addition to the window flaps. Whilst it’s perfect for presentation, the gift box is not designed to go through a courier network without additional packaging surrounding the contents, plus one of our strong double wall transit outers.
The plain matt finish on the gift carton makes it perfect for overprinting with a company logo or corporate message on orders of 50+ units. These gift boxes come flat packed, but the pre-glued base automatically assembles when the sides are squeezed together, the top is then pushed inside the box to close. These gift boxes have a high-recycled content and are 100% recyclable. They are designed to fit up to two standard champagne sized bottles but are equally suitable for wine and spirit bottles.

All parcel deliveries are made by our courier DHL. Deliveries are made
between 8:30am - 6:00pm. It is essential that your order is consigned to
a 'manned' address, where our courier can obtain a signature on delivery.
The courier cannot deliver to a neighbour or an alternative delivery address.
If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address and
has to return at a later date, a supplementary charge may have to be
made. We are unable to give ETAs on deliveries until after 3pm on the
expected delivery date.

Goods are generally available for collection on the day you place the order.
If an item is not available from our London warehouse a member of our sales
team will contact you to advise you when the item is due back in stock.
Please note that orders are only packed once you arrive.
We do not generally deliver goods outside of the United Kingdom but if
international customers were interested they have the option of organising
a collection from us via their own courier, otherwise delivery time and cost
would be dependent on our courier charges.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value less up to a 20% handling charge. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
